A Few Reminders...
  • Please return the report card envelopes signed and empty if you haven't already.
  • Mystery Book Report slips were due Friday, October 21st.  Please sign and return them as soon as possible.
  • Fall Festival is this Thursday, October 27th from 5:00-7:00.
  • We will meet with our Kinder Buddies this Thursday, October 27th--we still need some sugar cookies.
  • Track & Field is this Friday, October 28th--please send in $1.00 - $2.00 for your child's snacks and/or donations.

Upcoming Study Trips

  • The $10.00 for our two study trips ($6.00 for Zach Scott and $4.00 for Nutcracker) is due this Friday, October 14th.
  • We will be going to the Zach Scott Theater next Tuesday, October 18th.  Please make sure that your child brings their lunch that day.  We will return to school to eat lunch in the classroom.
  • The Nutcracker trip will be in December....more details to come.

    Hi, my name is Yesenia Zecca.  I have taught for twenty-one years.  I have taught second, third and fifth grade. This is my eleventh year at Boone, where I taught third grade for nine years and will be teaching 5th grade again this year.  I will be posting important information,  reminders, and much more on my blog, so be sure to check back often!  I look forward to hearing from you!
